  their petition for partition in Chancery against Jackson S. Osborn, Henry
  Osborn, James Moore + Cyntha his wife late Cyntha Osborn, William Morris
  + Eliza Jane his wife late Eliza Jane Osborn, Jackson Brunaugh, Sarah
  Brunaugh + Mary Brunaugh minor heirs of Ann Brunaugh deceased late Ann
  Osborn, and Eleanor Osborn widow of Josiah Osborn, Dec.;  Case was taken
  to the Supreme Court of Clermont Co., OH where it was determined that
  Eleanor Osborn widow of Josiah Osborn, dec. was not entitled to dower and
  that the land should be partitioned into equal eighths.  As this couldn't
