  said Surbough to make good an error in a part of said tract heretofor
  conveyed by deed bearing date 6/3/18-- for 100 acres and which said last
  mentioned deed is deficient 17 acres.

  Greenbrier Co. of the third part; Jacob and John Osborn justly indebted to
  Mary Osborn in the sum of $1100; mortgage of land to Samuel Price; land in
  Monroe Co. adjoining Abner and Owen Neel and others.

V/307.  5/27/1871 rec. 6/19/1871;  Peter L. Osborn and wife Margaret J.
  (late Margaret Neel) to William Neal<sic> all of Monroe Co., WV; their
  interest in two tracts of land being the land owned by John Neel at the
  time of his death and conveyed to them by will; affidavit from John J.
