Note: These do not represent all counties which could have deeds of Osborn
genealogical interest or all of the deeds of Osborn genealogical interest
in the counties that are listed. If you are researching Osborns in PA,
you should look at the deeds as well as other records.

Fayette Co., PA Deeds
G/282; Made 1/21/1807, rec. 11/12/1807; Abraham Osburn of Menallen Twp,
Fayette Co., PA to Richard Osburn of the same place; $80 for all of his
interest in the real estate of Jonathan Osburn dec'd, being the eighth part
of 163 acres in Menallen Twp; On 9/29/1807 Abraham Osburn and Alice his
wife acknowledge the deed.
K/221; Made 7/4/1814, rec. 7/14/1814; Joseph Osburn and Mary his wife of
Union Twp, Fayette Co., PA to Nathaniel Mitchell.
K/366; Made --/28/1815, rec. 10/2/1815; Richard Osburn of Stark Co., OH and
Sarah his wife to Nicholas Osburn of Fayette Co., PA; $180 for his
interest of a tract of land of 163 acres in Menallen Twp, Fayette Co., PA,
the tract of land being the same of which Jonathan Osburn, father of
Richard Osburn, died possessed and that Jonathan Osburn at the time of his
death left the following children: John (since dec'd), Richard, Abraham,
Elizabeth, Nicholas, Joseph, Sarah, and Amie<sic>; In 1807 Abraham Osburn
transfered his interest to Richard Osburn, then 1/8 part of the whole.
L/62; Made 5/17/1816, rec. 11/15/1816; Joseph Osburn and Anne his wife of
Stark Co., OH to Nicholas Osburn of Fayette Co., PA; Whereas Jonathan
Osburn late of Menallen Twp of said Fayette Co. (deceased) at the time of
his death was possessed of 160 acres of land and whereas Jonathan Osburn at
the time of his death died intestate having as his heirs at law eight
children (same list ast in deed K/366); $100 for their interest in the
land of Jonathan Osburn.

3/384. 4/4/1772 rec. 5/1795; Samuel Osbon now in Wilkesbarre no the
Susquehanna Purchase for one setling right in the Twp of Lackawanna secured
to me by Jacob Anguish grant to him my interest in one settling right of
land in the Twp of Plymouth.
8/32. 10/30/1801 rec. 3/24/1802; David Stafford of the Town of Putnam,
Dist. of Tunkhannock, Luzerne Co., PA yeoman to James Osborne Jr. of the
same town; 12 1/2 acres on Horseshoe Neck, same town.
8/33. 10/30/1801 rec. 3/24/1802; same grantor & grantees as in 8/32;
3 3/4 acres on Horse Shoe Neck.
8/34. 12/15/1800 rec. 3/24/1802; Henry Heisz of the Town of Putnam;
Luzerne Co., PA yeoman to James Osborne Jr. of the same town; 25 acres on
Horse shoe neck.
14/434. 12/7/1812 rec. 8/20/1813; Jacob Vosburgh and Ruth Vosburgh late
Ruth Bates wife of Jacob Vosburgh of Putnam Twp, Luzerne Co., PA to James
Osborn of Putnam Twp; about 82 acres in Putnam Twp.
21/18. 8/21/1818 rec. 6/5/1820; James Osborn of Putnam Twp, Luzerne Co., PA
and Lucy his wife to John Gardner; land conveyed to James Osborn by Jacob
Vosburg together with Ruth his wife.
34/73. 9/9/1836 rec. 6/22/1838; Aaron F. Potter and wife Lydia of
Cusunago, Crawford Co., PA and Maria G. Osborn of Mendon, Monroe Co., NY to
Jeremiah Atwater of the City of New Haven, CT; quitclaim their right to
one undivided moiety of 250 acres land in the Twp of Wilkes Barre, Luzerne
Co., PA and deeded in May 1825 by Andrew Bartholomew & wife to Jesse
Gilbert in trust for sale on acct of Jeremiah Atwater.
35/324. 6/10/1812 rec. 9/20/1839; Andrew Bartholomew and wife Charity of
the City and County of New Haven, to Leman Dunning & Erastus Osborn of said
New Haven; one undivided third part of land in Twp of Wilkes Barre.
