N. Osborn, son Shelby E. Osborn, granddau.  Elizabeth Lucinda Osborn dau. of
son James W. Osborn, granddau. Zula Bell Osborn dau. of son James W. Osborn,
grandson Arthur J. Osborn son of son James W. Osborn;  Son James W. Osborn
was originally excluded by will, but was re-included by the codicil;  Son
