Currently there does not appear to be direct evidence that Timothy Osborn
of Torrington, CT who married Susannah Higley is the same person as Timothy
Osborn of Hebron, CT who married Sarah Green. However, Timothy Osborn first
appears in Torrington, CT deed records in 1761, just three years after the
last known record of Timothy Osborn in Hebron, CT -- the death of Timothy's
wife Sarah Green. See
