Commentary

The specific relationships of the "NotAFamily children" listed above are unknown, but I believe that they are the grandchildren of John Osborn[#14250] of Prince George's Co., MD.

James, John, and Stephen Osborn all lived in the District of Columbia or nearby in Prince George's Co., MD until about 1832 when they moved to Knox Co., MD. Given their migration together, it seems likely that they are brothers. Stephen Osborn[#14257] has three male children under age 10 living with him in the 1800 DC census. So it seems likely that Stephen Osborn-14257 is their father.

John Osborn-14307 might be the same person as John Osborn[#14320] who married in 1817 in Prince George's Co., MD to Eliza Osborn-14318, daughter of Francis Osborn-14252.
