        Comes this day the complainants by McKee their Solicitor and also the
Commissioners herefore appointed to make partition and Division of the lands
hereinafter described and presents their report which said report is in Words
and figures following towit:
        To the Hon. Wm. K. Parrish judge of the circuit court, in and for the
County of Perry and State of Illinois.  We the undersigned commissioners
having been appointed by an order of the said Circuit Court, at its April
Term A.D. 1858: to make Partition of the lands and tenements mentioned and
described in the Said Order of Court between Edmond A. House and Rebecca
House, Thomas C. Ozburn, Ann Ozburn, Margaret Jane Ozburn, Alfred Ozburn, and
William D. Ozburn, do in conformity with law and the Said Order of Court Make
the following report. ...
In the first place we asigned and set apart to the said Rebecca House widow
of the late Wm. D. Ozburn Dec'd ...

assignee and purchaser of the interest of Malinda Wilson one of the heirs at
